Yeah. I dont really know if it's possible, but I see a lot of people that prone..
How can they do?
It's not cheating, I think..

No idea what you were trying to say actually, as it didnt make any sense O_o
Anyways press two times C to prone, use it as much as possible in Urban games, tho you really cannot prone in cqc games, which capped at jus SIT , to prevent people from using bugs that the prone was a key for them..
