If you knew you family had no where to go, would you let them move into your home. If so , for how long?

Family is family. I would personally do it, because I care about my family. I don't understand how some people can charge their family to live with them, maybe if they were rich, but if they are in need and can't afford to, then what's to lose? I think I would allow my family to live with me until they can afford to move or start helping with some expenses. That's just me though.

Yes I would let them move in especially knowing they had no place to go. I'd let them stay till they got on their feet. However if they abused that, in other words not attempting to get back on their feet, as soon as I knew they had someplace else to go I'd give them the boot. Let them go elsewhere. I'm actually having sort of that situation. Our brother moved in with us temporarily, it's now going on 3 years. Right now we can't boot him but hopefully soon he will be able to go to our parents. Until then we have to put up with him because he would end up on the streets and we won't do that to him.

I would allow my family to move in with me for as long as they needed to get on their feet. I have done the same to my family when I moved back home and stayed with my sister for 2 months before I could afford to move out on my own. While being there I also helped out around the house with the cooking and cleaning and taking care of her children while she worked.
