Creating a Websites Any good ones out there?

I am looking to create my own website to advertise my new business. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good site to create a website?

Try 1&1.com they offer the cheapest hosting prices out there. A little advice if your serious about your business dont use a free site, I know I wouldnt buy a product or service off a free site just because I figure if they cant afford to pay for a site how good is this product or service going to be. You have to spend money to make money and thats an old business rule of thumb.
