The weather is getting gotter here in Xi'an the northwest of China.I am considering to use some Sunscreen when I go outside. But there are too much brand, which one is a good selection. I googled Sunscreen and know that a good starting point is, SPF,sun protection factor.People for any sort of direct sun exposure in sports in gardening need a 30 or higher. It also says we need higher SPF,because most of us don't put enough on,or put it not often enough. That is shocking ,cause I usually use SPF 15. We hear about UVA,UVB.UVA,protects against aging,UVB protects against burning. So a sunscreen with both levels of protection is perfect. It also refers that man need Sunscreens too,but I don't think men would like putting sunscreen on. What's your perfect sunscreen?Do your partner like putting on Sunscreen?Do you take good care your kids and put enough sunscreen on them?

I don't use Sunscreen very much only when I go out in the sun. I do not because I sit in the office in the daytime. I go out of office mostly about the sun setting time. Another thing is that I feel sticky when it sweats sometimes. I don't like sunscreens then. Even my husband does not use sunscreen. If you like SPF 15, or if you want to spend more time in the sun then SPF 30, can be used.

Chistina Ricci - This is a picture of Christina Ricci in the movie Black Snake Moan. I really like the way she has her haircut in this movie.
My favorite sunscreen is Fruit of the Earth, Baby sunscreen. It's SPF 45 and waterproof, but not greasy or anything, and has a nice light scent. It comes in a pink bottle with a baby on it. This is the best sunscreen in my opinion becuase it is hypoallergenic so you can put it one your face too.

I don't go out very often so I don't put on sunscreen, my son is a man, 31, he doesn't wear sunscreen either. He does wear a hat outside if it is too sunny for him though.

I wrote an article about the best sunscreen in the market and if you are interested, you could take a look here: http://beauty-tricks.com/beautyblog/?p=196 Actually for the summer time, I use more than SPF 15. Usually I use something like SPF20 because the sun is just too much. My perfect sunscreen is Anessa from Shiseido. It has a really good UVA & UVB coverage.

I always put sunscreen even indoors. What I'm currently using now is the VMV Hypoallergenic Armada line. They have wide variety of sunscreen. And I heard lot of good feedbacks regarding it.
