I Had a Bad experience (after sale sevice)

Hi all, I had a bad experience with what we call after sales service. I am usiing a BSNL broadband but due to some reasoniam losing the connectivity, so i decided to buy Reliance broadband from a agency. I bought on 07th and i am calling them to complete the verification so it can be activated soon, every time i call a diffrent person picks the phone and assures me that the verification guy will be their after 2hr and many more excuse. I have called them more that 15 times. Today i called and bombard them and i asked the deadline other iam going to take action on this. They have asked one day time. should i wait or complain reliance about this franchise. Please suggest.
