What do you think is the best way to loss our weight? Do exercise? Use pil??

I'm have exercise..and sometime i use diet product..but still can't loss my weight...When i use diet product, i feel more hungry...

good diet, exercise and good discipline. Plus advocate of a close friend about the thing you are working right now.

i think the best way is to watch what you eat. eat in moderation and then have exercise too. :) you cannot lose weight wth pills, it can only distort your bowel movement for a while but you will be gaining back the weight too soon.

keep busy with your body.make yourself feel much tired not only in your body,but also in your spirit. for example,you can make a schedule for your self-improvement and keep you adhere to it.try to make the schedule too ambitious to achieve. if you have no enough energy to complete the schedule,you must be tired,when you adhere to it. so,you'll always think about it,and lose your sleep at night,also will eat little at eating time. that the simple way for you to lose weight,and can make you satisfied with your career.

Sometimes, for lazy people the pil maybe a good idea! : ) One of my friends use a pil that comes from Thailand, and make her loss about 10 kg in a month! That is really amazing! I have to say sometimes that pil is really the fast way, but not the best way!: ) Anyway most of girls like the fast way! maybe the fast way maybe also the best way!
