Pregnant and feel shaky.....

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and a few times in the past week I've felt shakly at times. I've read about low/high blood sugar, so I've eaten things that they advise to do when you feel like that, but I don't know if it's helping.....it's like when I feel that shaky feeling, it doesn't go away very soon after eating/drinking something they suggest, it takes a LONG time for the feeling to go away. All my blood tests, when I was first pregnant, were normal and when I've gone for my monthly checkups, I've given urine samples and nothing's came back abnormal.... I've read about Gestational Diabetes, but have read many times that most of the time there are no symptoms and if there are, they're alot like usual pregnancy symptoms like urinating freqeunetly and feeling very hungry. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and will ask about this, but I was wondering, has anyone else experienced anything like this? Any thoughts or information would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

I had that feeling too, sometimes it is a sign of fatigue. Since you are just out of your first trimester it can happen still. Some feel this way for a long time but I doubt it is gestational diabetes, I bet you are just really exhausted and you are not aware of it.

You know, it's interesting that you point that out because I have been having some trouble getting to sleep for the past month or so.... It would amek alot of sense if that was what it is because whenever I am tired and feeling exhausted, I do feel shaky and "not right". Maybe you're right and I'm just not aware of how much more sleep I need to be getting! I'm not sleeping that much. Thank you so much, Sanell :) I'll be sure to ask my doctor about that possibility!
