Eyeshadow. You can be so creative with it. Play it up. Play it down. Vary the colour of your eyeliner. I am assuming you just use black or brown at the moment.

I work with mineral makeup. I suggest putting a base in a downward motion. Applying in a down motion makes skin look even. Light mascara. Brush the brows in up motion. Awesome!!!

In that case, adding colour should definitely help you stop feeling blah.

Maybe some clear lip gloss for some shine and also a tiny bit of cream blush. I know you replied to someone else's reply saying it would be over the top for you but when when I need a lift I just put on mascara and a tiny bit of rose cream blush right on the apples of my cheeks. I find cream blush is easier to control and it looks natural, like you've just exercised and are glowing! The cream blush I use is from Avon and comes in a stick. Just smile, apply some blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend up and out. So mascara, cream blush and a bit of gloss are all I usually wear and it makes such a difference while also being subtle. Don't be afraid to experiment to see what you like!

I agree with some of the gals who posted here that a little hint of blush and gloss could add wonders to your looks.. this could enhance your makeup routine and would add ommpph to your face.. =) and yup.. mineral makeup is a very good investment since a full pot could last you about 6 months.. =)

It sounds like you don't need lipstick, so perhaps you could experiment with eyeshadows? There are so may different looks that you can achieve with a handful of different colours. The best advice I can offer is to visit a department store with a beauty counter. Sometimes they'll even offer you a makeover. Tell them you want to try something new and let them work their magic!

I have a really quick tip to add to your same ol same ol. Take a concealer that is one shade lighter than ur skin tone and put it right under ur eye and near the inside of the eye. Don't rub it in, but blend it well. Just by adding the concealer under ur eye will give a livelier look. It will make ur eyes pop! If u look tired all the time this will brighten u up! Good luck with this tip.

why dont you try to put some blush on or lipsticks. or better yet use eye shadows in exchange of eyeliner and mascara. at times i wear eyeliner and lipstick. or mascara and blush on with lipstick.. or eye shadows and lipstick.

I always vary my eyeliner. I have a black, brown, green, blue and bronze eyeliner. I genreally wear the black or brown one but depending how I feel I will wear a brighter one sometimes. I don't wear much else than eyeliner and mascara so it doesn't make you look overly made up, just a bit different. Sometime I put eyeline just on the top lid, and other times I'll just put it across the bottom, and wear a little bit of eyeshadow on top. I just like variety
