The monastery in old Tibet can draft boys to become monks from any serf family.
Those kid monks were often sexually abused by adult monks.
When those kid monks grew older and it was their turn to abuse other kid monks.

As you seem to be really passionate about the media bias over Tibet, just informing you apparently there's a new term amongst Chinese bloggers:
CNN
1. noun - Liar
eg. You are such a CNN!
2. noun - Lies
eg. What a bunch of CNN!
3. verb - to lie
eg. The media CNNs all the time!
4. adjective - misleading, fabricated etc.
eg. That artical is so CNN!
Can you confirm if it's true? =]
