I used to tag all my discussions but i feel people dont perform much search based on tags to respond to discussions.Further there is no rules in framing tags which may prohibit the user to arrive at his favourite topic. How about you do you search tags to respond discussions?

I am also used to give the Tag to all my discussions and also the all of my responses..
I never skip the Tag at any point of time..
And also i used to have a habit of select the discussions through the "TAG", in mylot, most of the people are doing like this only..
This is the right way to select the discussions for responses, because if you go throught the other route, you have to skip more discussion, which may not be unerstand or which you are not in a position to respond at this point of time..
But if you search/select the discussions through the "Tag" you can able to respond all the discussions in the list..
This is the easy and the right way of selecting the discussions to response..
all the very best.

I always tag all my discussions, but seldom tag when making responses. I* never search tags to respond discussions.

I only use tags when I start a discussion. I see no need to add tags to a response. The person who started the discussion most of the time has already done so. As for using them for a search , I have done that on a few occasions when I was looking for a certain post but not often. I don't see that adding more tags could help. And it may take even longer to find if everyone added tags. You might say "I am tagless!"
Have a great weekend

I use them most of the time. Sometimes if I answer a post that has a lot of responses, its difficult to come up with something new. So once in a while I skip it. But that is rare.

I always add a few tags to my discussions and add one or two to my responses, out of habit.
I have used the search box to find old discussions which I wanted to read again.
Tags also bring up some discussions on a similar topic after adding a response and I have often found good discussions in this way.

I always use tags on my discussions. Some times it might only be one or two. If I am responding to a discussion then I don't tag it. Usually I don't search for discussions unless I want to know if someone has already started a discussion about something I want to, or if I am looking for a discussion on something specific (which is rare). The way I find discussions is I look in "discussions from my interest" and look in "discussions my friends have started".
