Can you suggest some simple and easy way to loose weight?

I go for a walk daily and control on my diet also but somehow I am not able to loose weight.Can somebody suggest some easy and simple way to lose weight?I just can,t go for a long walk.Last year I lost my weight by dieting but this time my health is not permitting to do so.

If you want lose weight,go on a diet is a good way,but may be it is not very healthy.Do more sports,like running, swimming, or learn yoga.

I know yoga and use to do it in morning time but somehow I am not able to keep continuity.

I am now doing some kind of exercise everyday and lost 2 pounds this week. There is no quick fix and I refuse to diet. I have made lifestyle changes by no longer eating late at night and this year haven't been skipping breakfast. I didn't lose any weight by just walking and am now lifting small weights, working out to fitness tapes, sit ups, dancing to music, and walking. Make sure to drink plenty of water. I make sure to always have water with me when I'm working out, so that I don't feel thirsty. If you don't really like the taste of water, try adding a little lemon or lime.

It might be your genes. I have a friend with a larger bone structure. She looks fantastic with "more meat on her bones." You might be the same way as well. My husband is very much into diet and exercise. We tried a cabbage soup diet that is pretty yummy and not hard to follow. It's recomended to overweight patients going in for heart surgery to lose 10 pounds fast. The diet is only for a week or 2 and the weight came off rather quickly. Granted most of the weight is water weight, but acomplishing that inspires you to do more. The food is healthy and the soup is mostly tasty! You could combine that with a pedometer. Just try to take a few more steps than the nest day. Add in some light strength training, and you should be good as gold!

I would suggest visiting your doctor, and see what he recommends. There may be reasons why you are unable to lose weight, such as a thyroid problem. My husband has a problem with his, and without medication, he can't lose weight, no matter how hard he tries.

Hi nandinim! I don't think there are some simple and easy way to loose weight. You know that no one become fat in a single day, but I think become fat is more easy than loose weight. Some people become fat, although he only drink water, it is a pity, I think I belong to such kind of people. According to my experience, control diet can have a obvious effect in a short time, but it is not good for one's health and easy to return back. The best way to lose weight is to do exercise, such as running, walking, skipping rope..

Maybe keep a food diary also. That helps me. It can be amazing at the end of the day to see everything you have eaten. It can add up. Good luck to ya :)

I wish there was a simple way to lose weight, there isn't! And its slow too... portion control, exercise and replacing juices and soda with water are what will help. Thats it, hard to accept but its the only way to not only help you lose weight but to keep it off!

No and if you find away to loose weight let me no.I have been trying for 6months to loose weight.And the more I work out the more I gain cause mucsel weights more then flab.Atleast thats what they tell me.I have just been working out walking and watching what I eat.I have tryed almost all of the new diets and they DONT work.So if you find out something we don't know halla at a girl. good luck :)
