basic knoledge about your computer

hi this is not possible to make a folder name con , com1 to com9 ,lst1,lst2 by a simple way. because they have reserved keywords in os by the Microsoft like con is use for console based application,com1 to com9 is used for port address and so on. but i give the idea to make this folder using command prompt follow these steps- 1) run command prompt 2) cd\ then enter 3) "md\\.\\drive name:\con" 4) than check con name folder is made. 5)to remove this type "rd\\.\\drive name:\con" ok thanks

Here it is.. Go to Run and type cmd ..and press Enter Go to the parent directory, say C:\ and here type md con\ then enter now open C:\ from my computer ...ur folder would have been created Just check it out..It works

no there is no any mkethod to create this type of folder because con is based on console based application which is stored in os earier.
