In life we both experience a situation wherein we need to give or receive something. It maybe material things, support, love, whatever. My question is, what do you think is really the best for you, to give or to receive? Or do you really believe that its better to give than to receive? Why?

at acts 20:35, the Bible says that there is a "Greater Happiness in Giving" i experience always giving specially in our family. All of my sisters and brothers did not finished college so they are dependent on even they have their own family. i am happy in doing this. some of my relatives sometimes ask help to me, if i have any so i give some items, goods or little amount. all of my friends also who are poor like me, they will come to me and ask help, my classmates now always go to my house and ask everything. But in terms of receiving from them i don't expect any because the way they look at me seems they thought that i have all i want, which is not true, maybe if they compared me to their status, a little bit advantage than to their cost of living. i remember one time when i ask my classmate to buy 1 cold water for me, you know what he said " why i am asking him , even i cola i can buy for myself" i replied, if you buy that for i am very happy because in a little way you give me even it's cost a single peso." now, i must prefer to help/give others than others help me but if you want to help me, it's highly appreciated.
