I love cheese the smellier the better. What could be nicer than a nice glass of wine and a plate of wonderful smelly cheese a few grapes and biscuits or crusty french bread. The French eat the cheese course before the desert. What a good idea it allows you to savour the best course in the meal before spoiling your pallet with something sweet. All we need now girls is a cheese that does not contain any calories and then life would be perfect!
