As we all know, every one, from individual to governments are telling or making laws to have everyone make peace and love each other at all times. I would like everyones idea on how this may be possible. I for one,do not think it can ever be.

My idea of peace differs greatly to many. I believe that peace is never going to be achievable until individual people start to find peace within themselves. It's the old microcosm of the macrocosm thing. I understand that we as a human race in it's entirety has created the world as we see it today - and it's a darn mess! It's all based on a materialism that is far removed from where we want to be. So paradoxical that in the name of wanting love which provides our own inner peace we have killed and raped, robbed and adulterated, abused and hated. You know the biggest battle ever known to man is the battle of his own mind. And this is THE problem. The worst possible punishment for those who've committed crime is to make them meditate. Get them to go inside themselves and contend with their own mind. And for he who wants to judge a criminal worst than himself - go inside your own self and do the same. And this is why it can never be. Peace brother.

I understand where you are comming from, but the real problem of hatred comes from brainwashing the children into beleiving in the hatreds of the parents, and only by stopping this can peace be achieved. unfortunatly, this will never happen. thank you for your answer.

The parents were influenced by their parents who were influence by their parents. The parents must change in order to influence their children. The vicious circle widens. Ideally one lives in hope, but as you say it is a tall order. We must start with ourselves.
