Depression Described by Me

I don't believe in medicals so much a I trust on physical activities. Certainly, it's not easy to press yourself to run four circles in the park when you feel like you'd better like to fall asleep and never wake up but when you get over yourself the feelings are great! I feel like reborn these times and suddenly full of power. I guess medicals are more a matter of business, eating antidepressants we just help to gain profit for the huge pharmacy business. So let's go out and run!:) This will help you to pay your bills. :)

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations.

Oh I have been there and yeah when you are in a depression you feel like you have nothing to live for.
