Do you excercise?

If you do excercise when do you find is the best time of day for you to do it? Do you stick to a regular program? Do you workout to a video or music? Tell me your routine. I don't excercise like I should and I know when I do I feel much better. I find for me that doing it in the morning just makes my day go that much better. What about you do you excercise?

I once used to go to GYM...after i stopped going to GYM i used to spend few hours at home for exercise....then i am not getting time for exercise...

I find in the morning or evening is the best time of day for me to exercise. Of course the morning is the best as the air is fresher and cooler. I prefer jogging as I could do it at anytime. I just need a pair of jogging shoes and sport suit. I usually go jogging in the neighborhood. I feel comfortable after sweating a lot. Anyhow to have regular exercise is good for our health.

i did exercise before. i made it 4am in the morning...walking, dancing and jogging because i am wooried about my body...big tummy but when i joined the mountaineering club i change my routine because climbing to the mountain would be the best exercise for me to maintain good health. we lots of climbing every month so it's good me for me.

I used to be health freak but due to other issues i couldn't concentrate on my exercise , i started putting weight especially on my abdominal and was at a loss, how to reduce .Now after repeated effort i started running as a prelude to my workout .I would do only my running for atleast about 6 months to tone up my body and go for the workout regime . with regards http://wonderfulhealth.blogspot.com
