Do you take the time to smell the flowers??

Do you take time every day to replenish your energy, to look at nature, to go for a quiet walk.. I think and know that it is sooo important to have that quiet time with one's self to reconnect ,to be at peace.... It makes so much difference in how you will act in life, otherwise , you will just react to life, often in stress mode.., Through anger, fear, insecurity.. everyone( including our furry friends ) will benefit. We are here to enjoy life, not rush through.. Flamenca

I believe happiness is to take the time and see the beauty all around us.It helps me to think and just relax when I take a walk and just stop and smell the flowers like you said.We are a part of nature and should enjoy her and help celebrate her beauty in every way we can.

yes there is something with nature that will make you feel peaceful. even if you only see it on tv there is a feeling like you want to go there and take a rest or just admire the view. yes we are here to enjoy life not rush, but sometimes when we are in a situation where we have to rush we just cant help it, we just cant have time to go out and smell the flowers

I do take time to smell the flowers and look at the trees and birds since I WALK TO WORK, not drive... and I also have to be on the lookout for drivers who do not pay attention to pedestrians , like me !!! Even on days when it snows , I still walk and enjoy the elements... we were meant to communicate with nature and animals...

I do agree it is important to find time in our busy lives to stop and reflect. I can't imagine my life without my daily walks and enjoyment of nature. I have become very aware of the changes in the seasons and the weather as the year passes. I don't suffer from stress, insecurity, fear or anger.

i agree with you i practice tai-chi as a relaxing way to replenish my body as a whole and everyday i take in the nature and beauty around us looking at the animals and flowers and clouds and at night seeing the stars. All these things around us remind us we are not alone in this place called Earth. So next time you walk by a flower garden watch and see the different animals you can see and think about how everything plays apart in life.
