Does anyone ever have "Ladies' nights" or "guys nights" anymore?

This past weekend my boyfriend decided he wanted to have the guys over to have a few drinks and play some 360.. His original plan was to have just the guys over.
Well, with me pretty much living there I was gonna come home for the weekend so he could hang out without worrying about me being entertained.. But the minute I came online today, my boyfriend was messaging me telling me to come over., Two hours later I'm over there hanging out with him and the guys. and one other guy's girlfriend, since they just started dating and she's all clingy.
It was a lot of fun, and I didn't feel too bad for crashing it since I was invited. My buddy's girlfriend just kinda showed up.
So there's my story..
Girls: Do you ever have just a night for the girls to sit around and watch corny movies and do the chick thing?
Guys: Do you ever do the guy thing? chill out at a house, kick back, have a few beers. Hang out?

No, I do not have many friends that I can do things like that with, although I went out the other night with my sister in law and her friend and that was fun. My hubby does not have any friends really either, but every so often he will go out with some of the lads where he works and he enjoys that when he goes, but all in all we do not have those sorts of nights very often at all.
