I want 2 reduce my weight in thighs & tummy..plz tell me some gud exercise which i can do in my home ...as i dont want go gym n all...

Hi beautiful girl,is the avatar yourself?You are very beautiful.I don't know how to reduce your weight in thighs and tummy.But I also want to become fat,lol.Maybe you always have a good mood,so you often eat a lot and don't like doing sport.I think one girl have no need to reduce weight except she is real fat.

Unfortunately, you cannot "spot reduce". When you lose weight, you lose weight all over. And typically, the first place you gain is the last place you lose. The best thing to do is to eat healthy and exercise for an hour each day. The weather is getting nicer, so you should be able to easily go for a brisk walk for 45-60 minutes each day. You don't have to join a gym to get the benefits of exercise. Walk and maybe do some squats to build up the muscle in your thighs and butt. Building muscle doesn't replace fat, but more muscle does mean that you'll burn more calories when you exercise.
