just one cigrette in a day?

i was a smoker and i used to smoke all the day but the nmo of cigrettes were seven or eight and some times when i wass with my friends it increases tremendously. and now some daz befoe i decided to leave it and decided to have one cigrette after twenty four hours mean just one cigrette in a day.
