I read on the PayPal website that you can make money by referring people to become Premier or Business PayPal members through your referral link. So, I posted my referral link at a few places. Now, my question is, where in my PayPal account is the section where I can keep track of my referrals? That is, where are the people who sign up under me listed? thanks.
