i dont think there will be difference in earnings.May be some will be given less grade because of less participation also.So if they participate more it is a two way gain for them.they will earn more and hence they will more grade.I think mylot wont do any partiality among the members and so there wont be any difference in earnings.

I do not think so. We are paid, as per quality of our responses and posts. If the quality is better, we earn more, I believe.

My earnings are higher now than when I first stated. I don't know the reason, but I think I do write longer responses now that I did at first. No-one knows the reason why they get paid more. I think you will find after you get your star and your reputation rises you start earning more, but how or why is never known. I think you should just try to write good responses and start popular discussions, rate other members, accept and request friends. These things should get you a higher rating and higher earnings.

I dont think this can be a reason for your earnings increasing. I was getting 40 cents when i did not have a start with my name and now i am getting same amount for same posts after having a start with my name. So only quality of discussion or response and length can increase your income. Stars are only for showing others our reputation and ranking. This is just my opinion. I may be wrong. But i think this is right. Thanks
