google Toolbar error message

I have the following message pop up everytime I start my computer. I know it says something about connection probs but in reality I am not having any. so how do I keep this from popping up? ok it wont let me paste the message cuz i dont havea 500 rating status, but if anyone knows what I'm talking about please help me with this.
