Where is the Money?

If all the nations in the world are in debt(am not joking. Even US has got debts), where did all the money go? (weird)

That's quite easy to answer. A lot of money go to Middle East, mainly OPEC countries. Whenever we topped up petrol, part of the money would end up in the pocket of those oil tycoons. That's why those folks no need to work, and still got money to throw.
