How much did you get after 15 posts, 1 dicussion with no repsonses yet and 1 referral? I only got $0.05. I was a bit disappointed cause I was so eager to post and participate in the discussions, then when the earnings updates got on, it showed just $0.05. Well, at least the sie is good, the people are nice and tehre are some good discussions here.

Have patience hun, respond to other discussions and have some fun here rather than focus on the money. You will never get rich here but the friends you can make are great. I find that having friends on here means you always have some good discussions to respond to and your friends will respond to you too

Thanks for the encouragement recycledgoth. I'm disappointed again today. Maybe because I had high expectations. I know that I wont get rich here. I even began to love the site and the peeopl in it. Im disappointed because my earnings (24-hours beginning at the latest update) is less than a dollar. I set a goal yesterday that by the next earnings update there should be at least a dollar on my counter. Sad thing is that I didnt make my cut. I was so wrapped up in responding to the discussions last night that I forgot about it until the latest update. Ttsk3. I even responded to a discussion that was probably the equivalent of a page in Word document, single spaced, times new roman, 12pt size. Im probably not making any sense right now and my thoughts are all scattered. Im still not over it yet. Good thing Im gonna watch a movie and maybe Ill recover after. Ill be back myLot! ..with a vengeance!nayahahhaha!! PS, I really appreciate your comment, couldnt have come at a better time.^_^ What I meant with im not that disappointed because the counter showed 0.82, at least its close to a dollar right? Thanks for 'listening' and for the patience, just had to let it all out^_^

as far as I remember, it was only 2 cents after my first 24 hours in myLot. LOL. I was also disappointed at that time. however, I'm glad I have still stayed here in myLot. I have met a lot of new people and got new friends from this community and guess what ... one of the people in my friend list lives in the same district with me. LOL. the world is small? I think I have stayed because of the friendliness of myLotters.

Hi bjcyrix - I received 0.77 cents for my first day and to me that doesn't seem like a lot, but I suppose it's pretty decent. I'm doing what I'm enjoying anyway and talking about subjects I love and getting/providing feedback about very interesting topics. I'm mainly in the tv, movie, and books interests, but I check out the new and recent discussions as well. I would be doing this free anywhere else, so to even get a few cents out of it is like killing two birds with one stone.

Wow! 77 cents! You really have been busy.^_^ That is what I feel too. Im really not into forums but I love responding to questions. I was in Yahoo1 Answers a lot before discovering myLot and now Im always here. ^_^I still visit Yahoo!Answers sometimes but I find that myLot is more interactive and the responses are quick(sometimes) whereas in Answers, an answer could take days and even months before one came especially if the subject of your question is not a popular one.

I posted 50 posts in my first and i got 17 cents for these 50 posts. I was also disappointed but then i tried to find my mistakes. I realised that my respones are too short and at the second day i posted 50 responses again and believe me i got 46 cents for them. Since then i am doing great and my earning average is now more then 60 cents per day. I am earned 1.01 today. Don't be dishearten and just try to post lengthy and quality responses. Thanks
