question for internet shoppers

as a person who likes to design and would love to start a shop,but also as a shopper i know that i think sometimes stores lack a type of something i'd love. so i guess my question is,what would you like to see in a store that you have a hard time finding or cant find at all? all answers are much appreciated. thanks
