A perfect job for all parents

A negotiator. I find myself negotiating with the kids all the time. For example when you clean up the toys then we can go for a walk. When you let two hostages go then you can have phone call. I so much experience I could probably do it my sleep.

I am laughing so hard trying to respond to this. I have never looked at parenting like that before. Although the way my negotiating goes, I dont know if I have many successes. lol. I do however, feel that parenting is great for any job where multi tasking is a necessity.

Oh, and when they get to be teenagers, the negotiations change too. Ultimatums don't work nearly so well. They love to butt heads with you.
You have to word it so it looks like they have a choice in the matter. Actually, this sounds a lot like what I did when they were in their two's!
