Does anyone know exactly what kinds of health problems that standard poodles can have? I have a 6 month old and I think I need to take him to the vet. He gets diarreah and vomiting alot. Also when he pees its in spurts not at the end but the whole time. I have a toy poodle also but he has never had any of these problems. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be?

I have a toy poodle I am so conscious in all his food intake. if your dog gets diarrhea and vomiting please check the last food that you gave to your dog. the dog food might not be good or suitable for the dog or you might wrongly give him/her something that triggers vomiting and diarrhea. chocolates, nuts, grapes and raisins should not be given to all types of dogs.please notify me if he's already alright I am really a dog lover.

I have a moyen (a small standard) and he is very sensitive to changes in his food. He throws up and then wants to eat grass. I don't think the peeing you discribe is a problem though.

Take your dog to the vet he may have a problem with his digestive system. Also it may be a nervious problem. At pets mart they sell pills for this. Let me know how this turns out.
