My uncle says that it was'nt John the beloved who was the favorite of Jesus Christ, it was Judas Scariot, for he had done under Christ power to do his job he was told to do, in order to accomplished the scripture and Christ mission here on earth. Do you agree with that?

Some said it was Mary Magdalene because she was the one witnessing His resurrection to the rest of His apostles. I often read that there were actually few women apostles following Christ but didn’t get mentioned or at least remained unnoticed by the readers. I’m curious about this too.

Anyway there's no reason for anybody to argue on this who's who, just believe in jesus and you will be save. there's nothing more God has asked for us.

Well Judas I don't think was the beloved disciple because he betrayed Jesus. I think the beloved disciple was James: his brother. I did some research on it and what one author thought. The book The Jesus Dynasty explains the idea of James being the beloved disciple.
