i forgot my pasword for perental control on my ps2

I'm dealing with the same situation. I bought a ps2 for my son at a pawn shop and did not realize that the parental control was already set to rated G. Which means that my son barely ever gets to use the ps2 for watching dvds. Nowadays most movies have atleast a pg13 rating. If you figure out this dilema please let me know.
