I thought i share this recipe with you all, and mybe you will share something you cook on the grill. Fiesta Chicken.You need 4lg chicken ,1/4 cup honey,1/4 cup lime juice,1/2 cup oil,4 tablespoons of taco topper zesty ranch and 4 slices of monterey jack cheese or a cheese you like. Combine the honey,lime,oil in a small dish pour over chicken,Marinate for 20 to 30 min. grill chicken for 2o to 25 min untill done.Put 1 tablespoon of the zesty ranch and cheese on each piece of ckicken.Leave on grill untill cheese is melted.This is so good.
