I need some ideas of what I can do with aluminum Pop or Soda tabs?

I have been saving the aluminum pop tabs off of the cans that I recycled over the past few months. I was wondering if there were any good uses for them. Craft ideas, charity etc. I really don't want to throw them away.

I was at a craft show this past weekend and there was a vendor who made awesome bracelets with soda tabs. If she didn't have loose tabs lying on her table, I would've never guessed... She buys them from the "Kids With Cancer" & "Ronald McDonald House" paying 4x the price that these charities recycle them for. I believe these are the charities that the schools collect the tabs for (and she donates the unusable ones back to the charities for recycling) I hope, the myLot admin will allow a link to her site...her bracelets are awesome and the cause is so worth her efforts... Business Card - Business card for crafter who buys tabs from charities
Of course, you could always donate your tabs to one of the two charities. I'm sure you could place them in a small baggie and drop them off at one of your local schools.

Check with school kids. I know last year or the year before I was told to save mine because the school was saving them for something. I'm not sure what they do with them. I think maybe they recycle them to get money for their school or something. Other than that I don't know what crafty thing you could do with them.

The Ronald McDonald House takes them and then turns them in for cash. I heard they are worth more than the cans themselves, but just heresay. Don't know for sure.
