Will internet ever come?

I think it would be possible to port the internet on the ps2. I mean, the newer version already has a USB port. What if you could plug a wireless router in there?

if you have a ps2 with the hard drive (the non slim ones) you can surf the web with the linux toolkit

eerrrrmmmm what? There are already devices that plug into the back of the ps2 that automatically connect it to the internet (although you cannot surf the web through it) and I think the ps2 slim comes with an internet port in the back. Dan

Internet on USB is really a great stuff....I beleive its going to rock..the wireless internet browsing...However I dont think its essential to have internet connectivity over PS2 since its getting outdated with the newer buses like USB coming into picture.
