Change, change, change. The change Obama is talking about is the change that will be left in our pockets after he raises taxes. In this economy,we need more than change,we need Hillary to fix the economy and give us back more than change.

Senator Clinton and Obama are extremely close on economical plans. If you think Obama is going to raise your taxes surely you realize so will Senator Clinton as they are running on virtually the same platform. If you are making so much money that you are worried about the Democrats raising your taxes I suggest you vote Republican this November as both Dem's have vowed to either freeze or even lower taxes on those 250K and lower. McCain meanwhile refuses to promise no new taxes but looks like he will follow something similar to Bush's economic plan for America.

Voting Republican was never my plan. Its just that Obama is swaying people by the word change and it shouldn't be that easy because I think he needs to prove himself more.

You are right people voting for him for simple reasons are wrong, they really should do more research. But really his resume is extremely impressive. I would love another 20 debates between Clinton and Obama (okay maybe not that many) but as we saw the other night John McCain is the one winning these debates anymore and no one wants to talk issues anymore only gossip.

As another poster already mentioned there is little difference between Obama and Clinton's economic plans and both will be much better for all but the wealthiest among us than McCain's. Ironically, many of the wealthy people are for a Democrat for President even though the Republicans are always better for their wallets they actually realize the rest of the country needs a break or the economy can't survive. No matter what, if Obama is going to give me some change in my pocket that's sure more than I've had lately so I say BRING IT ON...lol! You said later in this discussion that you weren't thinking of voting for a Republican and I sure hope you mean that. If there's one thing we Democrats need to do now it's to pledge to support whoever our nominee is and to let them and our Congressional Representatives and Senators know what we'd like to see happen in our country. We have a voice, we just need to use it! Annie

Hillary or nothing for me.Not republican, not Obama.Everybody has a right to their opinion so thats mine.If Hillary doesn't make it I'm not voting for Obama. If Mcain gets in so be it.We will hope for the best.At least he has more experience than Obama. Go Hillary ! I'm not switching no matter what.
