Sometimes I turn the alarm off in my sleep, but mostly I push the snooze button so I can get another few minutes of sleep. When it goes off again I force myself to get out of bed, stagger to the bathroom with my eyes half shut, realising that I set my alarm for a reason. I need to go to work. On the rare occasions when I don't need to get up in the morning, I don't set the alarm, and I just let my body wake up when it's ready.

I am one of those who usually lies in bed another 15 minutes or so. I find it very hard to get ypo and start moving. Due to being Diabetic, and have Arthritis, I usually prefer to stay in bed a little longer if I can and then get up. Even if it means I have to rush around a little more sometimes, it is worth it to just relax for that extra 15 minutes.

if its to go to work then I'll be thinking "arghh I'm so sleepy! why do I have to go to work today?" …and will doze off for about 15 minutes more or so. if i have something exciting going on and have been looking forward to it then i'd be happy to wake up! haha.

most of the time I'll be like "omg do I really have to wake up and get off bed now?" …I'll usually lie in bed for an extra 15 minutes before actually waking up.

I have an internal body clock that wakes me up on time every morning, which is kinda nice but at the same time I rarely jump out of bed! It is more of a case of creeping out slowly so that I don't wake up sleeping children!

If I have to get up and stretch or something, I get right up. On a day when I don't have to stretch, I lay there for 15 minutes wishing I didn't have to get up. Maybe I should set the alarm for later . lol
