Thanks! And Happy Earth Day to you too. In honor of Earth Day, I wanted to invite all of you to a special information call. On this call, you can learn not only how to protect our earth, but also how to save time, money, and your indoor air quality. You will learn about the toxins and harmful ingredients in store brand products and how you can get effective, cheaper alternatives to these hazardous chemicals. The call is at 8 PM CST. Send me a message if you are interested in the call. If you are not available tonight at 8 but would still like the information let me know and I can help you out. In the meantime, you can visit www.livetotalwellness.com/tiffc for more information on today's health and environmental concerns.

Happy Earth Day to you too! But instead of using plastic or paper, why not try reusable canvas bags and glass bottles. Remember it's not enough to just recycle...we need to reduce and reuse also!

I just recycled last night's dinner into lunch... stir-fried the leftover rice with lots of good veg and eggs. I rode my bike for 2 miles, and even though it doesn't go anywhere, at least I did it! And I opened the front door and turned off the heater because its finally over 60 degrees... I feel like I've done my part so far!
