anybody contact mylot yet?

hello mylotters, i just want to ask if anybody out here ever submit a question to either user MYLOT or the contact form to mylot owners. i just want to know if they do reply? how long before they reply? what was your experience like? i ask this coz i did contact them for some issues that i need to be clarified but until now i dont have a response yet. it's been almost a week now and i am not sure if i did the right way of contacting them. i have not done such thing before so i dont know how fast or slow before they give you an answer. btw, i am not complaining about the length of response, i just want to hear your previous experience about the topic. it will surely help me understand mylot a lot and i am still in the process of learning out here. anyway, appreciate your response. takecare!

Yes, they do respond but still depends. I have some queries sent to them many times, they gave some answer (though some are not what I thought it would be) and sometimes they don't. If in-case you haven't received any, try contacting them again. It's not that easy, but that's the only thing you can do. To wait, then hope..

hello raijin, thank you so much for sharing your experience, it is sad that they dont respond as fast as you want them to and you have to repeat it over and over again till they reply. it is interesting when you said that they replied but not what you thought it will be, now you make me wonder haha! i wish there is a way that will notify you that your query is been submitted and will be responded within "blank" day. then that will be very helpful to the members, just my thoughts and feelings. anyway, appreciate your help a lot. takecare!

Hehe! That's alright, sometimes they receive lots of messages from other members too and that's the where they have to find time to address every one's queries.

true, just a wish on my part so i know my issues are addressed properly and i know somehow i will get answer to it other than me wondering if they will reply or not. oh well, i can only hope though. at least i can get answers here and hope that helps me clarify some of my issues. thanks again!

Well,I have contacted mylot 2-3 time so far.They havent replied so far. But,I dont worry.I sent the suggestion and its up to them whether they implement it or not. And I am going to contact them today. [i] And do we need to ask the same again and again[in other words,pester them],to receive a reply?[/i] Cheers!Have a good day Happy mylotting and happy earnings.

hello, i dont know when you contacted them so i cannot say that they are not gonna reply anymore. i have waited almost 2 weeks to get their response, like i said above one reply makes sense the other is just plain old same stuff. i think it is ok to ask again coz sometimes they dont really noticed it who knows so it is ok to ask again but not like so many times like you said pestering them, i dont have that much time LOL takecare and nice to see you here.

hello maddysmommy, long time no read LOL hope you enjoy your vacation and the wedding. anyway, i have forgotten all about this haha, i finally got their response after waiting for almost 2 weeks. i only have two and the other concern they do answer it the way i can understand it but the other one is just a vague one and i already know that and my question is not about it, oh well. at least you're lucky to get their response the next day. thanks for being here. takecare

I have not had the opportunity or need to contact my lot... I know if you go to the faq... you will learn a lot. That is how I have learned so much! Hope you are able to find the info you need!

hello KKBsmom, great to see you here. i am happy that you dont have the need to contact the admin, i wish it is the same case for me. anyhow, i did read the FAQ and the guidelines as well as the rule but some of my question is not written there so i need a direct answer from them to help me understand this site more. i just hope that they will replied to those who write them and help them to clarify some issues. anyway, appreciate your time being here. takecare and have a good one!

Well, I also did send a message to mylot about deletion of my discussions and till now I also not able to get any feedback from them, although I have seen a lots of people getting reply from mylot within one or two days, and what I suppose that if you don't get the reply from them within two days then it would be no reply from mylot anymore... And what i saw here that the people who got the reply from mylot are having a question about mylot and not about the discussions, And the latest reply from the mylot is about the question about ratings of mylot system. And might be your's question to mylot was about your discussion deletion,,,isn't it..??? Have fun!!!

hello again! yes, some get a response from the admin within 24 hours and i guess mine aint gonna be answered coz it's been a week now. TRUE, my first email is regarding the deletion that happened to my discussion and i just want to get a direct answer from them, the second one is about the mylot rules and guidelines about referrals and general information but so far no luck as well. i hope i can get an answer though, coz i feel they know better what to say to their members and it will be great if they can help me with it. anyway, there are so many issues from other members regarding the star rating and like everybody else WE are all part of it. oh well, SOME people i guess... takecare and appreciate your time writing to me, i know you dont like to write long ones, haha

for the first time i contacted mylot admin yesterday. fortrhe most obvious problems i am having here. they replied me within 24 hours. but its somewhat similar response that is gfiven to others in this issue. i think they are yet to take any steops.

hello subha12, nice to see you hear, im glad that you heard from them, unlike me oh well, i guess i have to send them another message and hopefully they will notice me then. i hope that they will do something about the rating going down coz i know some are not happy about it when they are doing their best to reach such goal. i have noticed mine going down but heck, it happens to all and i can only just stay focus on my day to day fun out here and mylot and for me that is all that matters. hope your rating go up soon so you dont have to feel sad anymore. takecare!
