What are the best programs to watch on television? what are best channels?

I watch most of the times live programs because we often get bore to watch usual programs but if we watch live programs we get lot of information and we can find up to date information so i watch my local channels and i would like to see HBO channel,star movies,star plus,Animal planet so many channels i like so i would like to know which channels do you like and what are the channels to see good programs because i would like to see those programs. can recommend any good programs.

Hi Dasari100! I do watch HBO on cable and Cinemax. However, my favorite channel now is HDTV Japan which has replaced Wowow in our cable. HDTV Japan has been showing good quality movies.

Hi Dasari100! In my place HBO offers movies to watch and the best movie I recently watched is "Pursuit to Happiness". It is about a father and son struggling for a their won place in this world. It is an inspirational movie that will encourages people to dream and hope for a better life despite of the trials and sacrifices they have to go through. It is about a father and a son supporting each other and the love they have for each other. I just love this movie that was shown in HBO. Just my thoughts dear friend. Take care and have a nice day!

HBO is best channel to watch and we can see number of films in a day and they have been giving quality of movies and every time they arrange special programs every day and i think it is one of growing channel now a days.

MTV is favorite for music and we can fantastic programs in MTV and i like to see movies in HBO also so we have so many channels so we can see those channels according to our interests and moods.

The channels I do enjoy are: TruTv, TV Land, Discovery Channel, History Channel, and Turner Classic Movies.
On TruTv, I watch Cops, Forensic Files, Beach Patrol, Party Heat, Ocean Force, and Investigators.
On TV Land, I enjoy watching I Love Lucy, Andy Griffith Show, Green Acres, Leave It To Beaver, and Beverly Hillbillies. I wonder if some of Abbott & Costello films show up on TV Land. As well as some of Laurel & Hardy and Three Stooges. I wonder if Gilligan's Island still comes up on TV Land.
On the Discovery Channel, I do enjoy watching new technology stuff on tv. I also enjoy watching how stuff are made and all other stuff on tv.
On the History Channel, I enjoy watching Dog Fights and Battle 360. They are about war stuff from World War II.
On Turner Classic Movies, I enjoy watching Broadway Musicals, as well as war stuff. I enjoy watching stuff on tv that took place in the 1940s.

this is subjective, but if you are in the philippines, i would recommend shows from ABS-CBN since I am a proud 'KAPAMILYA'.
any of its shows are great....
if you are not, you can subscribe to TFC-The Filipino Channel, around the globe....
