There are also other benefits of tea that you should know in addition to what you have narrated here.Drinking tea,specially green tea is high in antioxidants,not only helps improve general health but also cuts risks of chronic diseases.various research studies have revealed that green tea is associated with protection against lungs and stomach cancer.tea drinking may help keep heart attack victims alive.moderate tea drinking reduces risks of heart attack by 40%.but the tea we drink should not be added with milk.thanx.

I drink tea a lot, however I don't like the taste of green tea. I prefer the plain Ceylon tea and no sugar. Iced tea is also good and comes in different flavors.

I can attest to your post as I have proven it myself. In Thailand I learned to drink tea and it helps with my indigestion too. I used to take laxative which contains 60% green tea and it's a great help especially for people who get constipated for days. But it's not always good to take laxatives. However, detox tea is a good alternative. It helps me cope with today's environment and live healthy.
