To be honest with you, I do not believe in these either. I tried diet pills after I had my 3rd child, I had put about 3 stone on and was desperate to get rid of it, I tried 2 or 3 types of diet pills and a calorie controlled diet and lost nothing, in fact, I put weight on.

3 stone is that 30 pounds? Having kids is rough on your body. The doctor should offer suggestions.

i would suggest you not to take on any diet pills, there are many, actually but these are not natural way to lose weight and yes, as many said, you will surely put back the weight on. maybe you can start with the following and move from there: 1. drink warm water before and after a meal. 2. stick to 1 cup of rice with moderate amount of meal to go with that. 3. cut down on softdrinks 4. walk, walk, walk... if you can't exercise, start with a daily walk... hope that helps you a bit.

I would seriously think very hard before taking any kind of pills to help you lose weight. Years ago I was prescribed some diet pills and found myself addicted to them very quickly. They were amphetamine based, dangerous, and although I did lose a few pounds, the second I got myself off the darned pills, the weight just went straight back on. Sensible diet and exercise is the way to go.

Ive been the same weight since I had my son 14 years ago. Nothing seems to budge. I have tried a few diet pills and they all make me jittery. Not a feeling I like.

My friend had used FITRUM for several months and she really lose weight. The only side effect is that you are always thirsty and you have to drink plenty of water.
