need medicine for my eye lashes, do not know why i loss it

i loose my eyelashes sometimes they came and then i have a few why, need something, i think is like a fongus

why? are those eye lashes of yours are artificial?.... hahahaha it would be better if you will consult a doctor. don't just trust those self proclaimed physician... hahaha

I think you were having some infection that made the eyelashes disappear slowly, so how is the condition now? Professor

I wonder if you have something called Alopecia, that's a disorder where people's hair falls out. Is the hair on your head thin, too? You can see a doctor about this and he may prescribe medication. But, unless you are pulling your lashes out by yourself, there's nothing you can really do, sorry.
