The most important quality would be good Time management skills.As Time is always Money. What do you think?

I think, the most important quality of the manager is to organize, empower, and lead the team towards the completion goals. That's it: the good manager should be a good leader. The meanings of these words are different, and ocassionally cotraversial. But combibnation of management and leadership skills brings the vistory.
