How does minimum sleep (3-4 hours a night) affect someone? I think my boyfriends lack of sleep is affecting his brain and our relationship.

hi crystald510... sleep is very important it rejuvinate and revitalized our body and mind... for a person who is not fully rejuvinated and stress out...brain function reduce significantly logic, cognitive, and overall physical health function all reduces. that is why many accident happened when someone drive and is sleepy...many quarrels also happens because people they tend to be easily irritated and angered due to reduce logical reasoning ability. physical health is also a problem the body immune system drops significantly. so advise for people lacking sleep... sleep enough that your body will be rejuvinated and revitalized. SMILE ALWAYS... ^_^
