Which is the priority,interest or survival?

I am now working as a saleman in a company,but I dont like this job so much,even though it can bring more money in.Most of the time I think it is not suitable for my personality.I would like most to a public speaker,but it needs more time to go,maybe many years without handsome income,but I now really need more money to support my family,and my loveed ones,so in this way I do have to choose a so called good job to make more money like salesman.It has become annoying to me recent days and dont know how to make up my mind. If you run into this similar situiation,how would you do?
