I think it should and shouldn't be legal.
if it was more people would smoke it and lets face it..
some people really shouldn't be smoking it. lol
but i think it should be legal because it can really help people in certain ways.
but it's not like it really matters... either way people are always gonna smoke it and find a way to smoke it/get it to smoke.
