what are your top 3 favorite cuisines and why? Let's not count our native cuisine, assuming that its our most favorite cuisine... let's be nationalistic. hehehe. 1. japanese - because everything seems sooooo healthy! from sashimi to their teriyaki, everything seems so light and healthy. i also like how they're presented when you eat in japanese restaurants... 2. italian - because when you think about it italian food relies on very simple preparation methods. i also like the use of cheese and herbs in a lot of their recipes! 3. thai - i like how they put together different ingredients that just don't seem to match and come up with one spectacular dish! i also like that they use basil a lot, i think it makes the food taste fresh!
