Hancock movie

As interesting a super hero movies are and as a good an actor as Will Smith is, I don't think he goes well with the new movie coming out. I started seeing previews of the new movie coming out in July called Hancock starring Will Smith.
Will Smith does great as a regular person but ends up being the hero...but as a super hero, it just doesn't go. What do you all think?

I do really want to see this movie and I do beleave this will be a big movie maybe one of the summers biggest movie. This is kind of like superman but with a darker tale and it looks funny to which will make this movie a hit and of course will smith being in it. I cant wait for this movie to open Im going to plan on seeing this movie the day it opens with a few friends.

I just saw the preview for this movie last night, and I have to admit I know nothing about it yet. It looks slightly interesting to me, even though I'm not a Will Smith fan. I'm curious to learn if it's based on an existing comic book / superhero, or if someone invented Hancock just for this movie.
Either way, I think it's something we may wait for video to see, simply because there are several good movies coming out soon that I really want to see. This one isn't necessarily one of them. :)
