Would you tell someone if they had spinach in their teeth?

Would you tell someone if their zipper was not up? What about if someone's skirt was tucked inside their underwear? Well, that happened to me! Believe it or not, nobody said a word to me for the longest time! After I left the bathroom, I walked down a long hallway and into the cafeteria to meet up with my husband for lunch. Not until we walked away from the group of folks we were talking with did someone say something. I was so embarrassed. This was a lesson learned. I would definitely tell someone if their skirt was tucked inside in her underwear!

Hello am here lol to myself, not on you, but because it happened to me in a large group;Strange things do happen sometimes; it can happen to any at one time or other. That was quite embarassing as you've said. What did your hubby say? I walked out of the bathroom and later my daugthers' father-in-law said to me, "what that haging." Guess what! When I looked in back of me was a stream of toilet paper hanging. But I really appreciated him letting me know. I felt so embarassed. I would point out to someone if his zipper was down; but I would say to him YOUR FLYER IS DOWN. I guess people did not want to embarrassed you. I would think others saw it before your hubby, but probably thought is was too ebarrassing to tell you.

So funny. At least we can laugh at ourselves. My husband didn't see it. He met me face to face and then we walked off. His student yelled out after we walked away and that's when we both realized what happened. I agree with you about other folks being too embarrassed to say anything.

Yes, definitely! I would tell someone. I would certainly want to be told. Told quietly that is! I saw one of my co-workers going down the hall with her skirt tucked in her pantyhose one day. I just sped up and caught her before she got to the lobby. She was so embarassed, but she said she was glad I chased her down. lol

My husband told me when he was in high school, his class was out on a field trip and one of his schoolmate had her period. It went through her pants and he told her and gave her his sweater. I am sure she was greatful. Do I know how to pick them or what?

Yes I do tell people if they have something in their teeth, zipper was down and LOL most definatly if someone tucked their skirt in their underwear. I make sure I adjust if need be so this problem does not ever come about. I bet it sure was embaressing. But why wouldn't your husband say something. I am sure he noticed that you were a little lopsided.

Actually, we met face to face and my skirt was kind of short due to the fact I was 7 months pregnant. It was so funny! We laughed so hard I think we scared our son. He just didn't know what was going on. Good for you for saying something to others!

This is SO weird! I saw the same thing happen to a woman in New York not long ago. She was VERY pregnant and I just didn't have the heart to tell her-she looked hassled, and I know from experience how exhausting pregnancy can be. I did not say anything to her, but know I should have as I would want someone to tell me.

Of course, I'd always tell somebody.. not only would it stop the current embarresment of the situation but it would probably end in a laugh and a fun experience to remember

That's a tough question, and I'm embarrassed to say that I'm not sure if I would. Yes, I appreciate people telling me, but sometimes I feel too embarrassed to tell the person that I saw what I saw. For example, I was interviewing for a job not all that long ago, and the lady interviewing me had a dribble of food on her shirt just under her chin. It was very obvious, but seeing as how I was really wanting this job, I didn't know what to say, so I didn't. As for the skirt in the underwear or pantyhose, I, too, have had that happen to me. So now I always double check on that. Dryer sheets also. It's been many a time that I've gone back through the folded laundry looking for that elusive dryer sheet out of fear of it showing up at the most inopportune time!
