I have a few simple rules for happiness. 1.Don't prize those things which are prized by many. 2.Gather courage to get your freedom. 3.Enjoy the work you are doing. 4.Remove hatred,likes and dislikes from your life. 5.Imagine that this life is an illusion. 6.Never let any relation bind you. 7.See your happiness in the happiness of others. What is left is all that is required in the life of a SAINt.Can you deny that the saints are not happy,with eversmiling faces? Bless you. Raja Sharma.

I think everlasting happiness is something you get when you appreciate what you have and see the the good in most people and just work on the fact that being happy in your life is the most important thing although we all have sadness and pain, expect that and get over it and appreciate what is left...
